THE BUSINESS

A large salon offering presented as one coherent website.

Crystal Look Beauty & Hair Salon serves customers through two Mississauga locations and a broad menu of hair, beauty and personal-care services.

The website needed to answer practical questions before a visit: which services are available, where each salon is located, when it is open, how walk-ins work, where to park and how to contact the right location.

THE WEBSITE CHALLENGE

Organize depth without making the site difficult to use.

A service-rich business needs more than a homepage list, but it also should not force customers through an unnecessarily fragmented maze.

01

Many service categories

Hair, colour, styling, beauty and related services needed a logical hierarchy with room for useful details.

02

Two distinct locations

Each salon needed its own address, hours, phone, directions, parking and relevant local information.

03

Stable core, fresh articles

Permanent business pages could remain durable while the article section continued answering new customer questions.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

A clear path from business overview to specific need.

The architecture separates the permanent business information from optional ongoing editorial content.

SERVICE ORGANIZATION

Make a large menu understandable.

Services are grouped into meaningful categories so a visitor can move from a broad need to useful details. The structure also gives internal links and future articles stable destinations.

  • Clear service hub
  • Category-based navigation
  • Consistent detail presentation
  • Room for prices or qualifiers where appropriate
LOCATION ORGANIZATION

Give each salon a complete destination.

A shared locations hub introduces the options, while each individual location page contains the facts customers need before travelling.

  • Address and phone
  • Opening hours
  • Directions and parking
  • Local photographs
  • Relevant contact actions
VISUAL DIRECTION

A warm service brand inside a structured digital system.

The site balances large editorial typography and beauty photography with practical service and location components. The design supports the salon’s personality without hiding the information customers came to find.

SEARCH AND CONTENT FOUNDATION

Durable core pages with room to publish.

Service categories, individual locations, frequently asked questions and articles create a connected information system without turning the website into a constantly changing operations platform.

01

Service destinations

Important salon topics have clear pages to receive internal links and explain the offering.

02

Location entities

Each physical location has consistent contact, hours and travel information.

03

Customer questions

FAQs address practical concerns in direct language before a visit.

04

Article system

New editorial content can be published separately from permanent service pages.

05

Internal links

Articles can point readers toward relevant services and locations.

06

Structured business data

Organization, location and page relationships can be described consistently.
